ワクチンを受（う）けられる人（ひと）や受（う）けられる時期（じき）／ People eligible to receive the vaccine and the distribution period
（1）ワクチンを受（う）けられる人（ひと）／ People eligible to receive the vaccine
12歳（さい）から受（う）けられます。
※ワクチンを受（う）けるか受（う）けないかは、自分（じぶん）で決（き）めます。
※妊娠（にんしん）している人（ひと）も受けられます。
ワクチンを受（う）けるか不安（ふあん）な方（かた）は、いつも行（い）っている医師（いし）に相談（そうだん）してください。

（2）ワクチンを受（う）けられる時期（じき）／ Period of vaccine distribution
自分（じぶん）が住（す）んでいる市町村（しちょうそん）から家（いえ）に、手紙（てがみ）やチラシが届（とど）きます。
The government of the municipality you live in will mail letters and pamphlets to your home about the distribution period.
（3）ワクチンを受（う）ける回数（かいすう）／ Number of vaccine doses
2回（かい）受（う）けることが必要（ひつよう）です。

ワクチンを受（う）けるための準備（じゅんび）／ Necessary preparations to receive the vaccine
市町村（しちょうそん）から接種券（せっしゅけん）＜ワクチンを受（う）けるときに必要（ひつよう）なチケット＞やお知（し）らせが届きます。接種券（せっしゅけん）が家（いえ）に届（とど）くのをまっていてください。
ワクチンを受（う）けるのに必要（ひつよう）なお金（かね）はありません。
1 接種券（せっしゅけん）が届（とど）いたら、予約（よやく）ができます。
2 電話（でんわ）などで予約（よやく）します。
3 接種券（せっしゅけん）と在留（ざいりゅう）カードなどを 持（も）っていって、注射（ちゅうしゃ）をします。
Your municipality will send you a coupon (ticket necessary to receive the vaccine) as well as other notices. Please wait for it to arrive home.
There is no need to prepare money for the vaccine as it will be free of charge.

郵便（ゆうびん）で接種券（せっしゅけん）が届（とど）きます。とても大切（たいせつ）なので、捨（す）てないでください。
